It takes a particular kind of talent to make it onto ING’s Global
Risk Talent Programme.
Besides the personal qualities we seek, we look
for the following academic qualifications and/or work
experience:
- You have a Masters degree in Actuary, Financial
Mathematics, Economics, Business administration, Econometrics,
Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry or related beta
studies.
- You have considerable affinity with complex
financial issues
- You have up to two years’ relevant working
experience
- You have an international mindset and a proven
ability to adapt to multicultural environments
- You are fluent in spoken and written
English
- You are organisationally sensitive and a good
communicator
- You have persuasion skills
